The net living area of 450 m2 plus terraces is distributed over three floors.

Ground floor: at street level, there are two outside parking spaces, a large guest apartment with en-suite bathroom, and a gym with a sauna and shower which could be converted into the fifth bedroom. From the apartment and the gym/fifth bedroom, there is no step access to a beautiful garden area.

The project has been presented and it is expected to receive the license to start construction in the summer/autumn of 2022, the new owner could thus finish confirming or modifying the interior layout and some materials of this work.

The plot is at the end of a cul-de-sac and next to a green zone, so it is very quiet, but also very close to the port of Porto Cristo. The airport and Palma are about 40 minutes by car.
