Nice quiet plot in Sol de Mallorca

This plot is one of the last buildable in the quiet area of Sol de Mallorca in the municipality of Calvia. It is beautifully situated, surrounded by pine trees and only a few meters away is the well-known Three Finger Bay and invites you to swim. The town is located between Port Adriano and Portals Nous, 21 km west of Palma. Sol de Mallorca has 800 inhabitants and has three beautiful bays, also known as Three Finger Bay, each with a spacious sandy beach. A large part is a nature reserve. It is a very quiet residential area with a private high segment villa and apartments. There are no hotel complexes, tourism has stayed away from the picturesque place to this day. Sol de Mallorca also has a harbor where boats with a length of up to 12 meters can dock. The golf course "Golf de Poniente" is only 3 km away as well as the famous and exclusive beach club, Nikki Beach, on the sandy beach in the Bay of Magalluf. The international school, Baleares International College, is also located here. Palma and the airport can be reached in about 20-25 minutes.
