Estate with own vineyard for sale with 17 hectares in Pollensa

This Estate is divided into three parts: The first part includes the winery with 25,000 m2 of vineyards and 15,000 m2 of olive trees. The second part consists of a Finca and a residential area with several stables, and the third part is a holm oak forest of more than 10 hectares with a private hunting area respectively.

The Bodega produces about 15,000 bottles of excellent quality per year (second-best rating for red wines in Mallorca). Although it is a small bodega, it has all the facilities, including a tasting room with a great veranda. It also offers olive oil from its own olive trees.

The Finca itself is divided into two zones: a purely residential zone, where several independent outbuildings form small houses, most of which have only one floor. All of them are connected by verandas or outdoor terraces, which have a rustic character and give the whole an antique look, although all the buildings are barely 20 years old and have the most modern installations. The other area is dedicated to animals, with stables for horses, sheep, chickens, pigs, and farm machinery.

The Finca has its own well, a large cistern ("Sofreig") for agriculture, and a pool for the residential area.

It is located near the golf course of Pollensa, only 5 minutes from the village of Pollensa and 10 minutes from Puerto Pollensa with its beaches, shops, bars, and restaurants. Palma and the airport can be reached in about 45 minutes by car.
